Return within 30 days for a full item refund. Shipping charges will be deducted.

If item found defective/ broken, or lost in transit, a replacement or a full refund is given.
An email must be sent stating non-receipt of package, which will be forwarded to the shipper for tracing. For damaged articles, a photograph attachment via email is sufficient. Goods shipped thru Standard air don't have a tracking number, but it is available for Express air method.

Sometimes, the shades and colors produced in certain lights may show up in different ones. We do not touch up our photographs. We get most shots in natural daylight, or with a single indoor lamp. Therefore, the item you receive will be exactly the item photographed, and not from a "lot". You must ask for more photographs if interested in any item and have doubts. We will do our best to give description in detail and photographs, and let you decide.

Insurance must be purchased for claims against
